We expect that the work (hard work!) of building Government 2.0 will be a virtuous cycle of belonging and collaboration.  Until these new skills of belonging and collaboration become habits, and until these habits become part of the American culture, we will be hungry for “guides.”  Who are guides and can I be one?  What makes a guide a guide?  How do I find a guide to coach my “Duo” or “Trio” or “Platoon” through a difficult issue (private issue or public issue)?
